Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at sales@baberio.com with your order number.

After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but it may still be eligible for return after delivery.


30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused.
  • In their original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item:

  • Has a manufacturing defect.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund after review.


Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong product, sizing concerns, or no longer needing the item), return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable.


How to Start a Return

Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all components.

3. Ship the Item

Refund Process

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after approval, depending on your bank or provider.

Exchanges

Orders Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@baberio.com with your order number.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Non-Returnable Items
